MaxPoints LLC strives to use artificial intelligence (“AI”) responsibly. This policy explains how AI-generated content may be used in our Services and the limitations of that content.
Artificial intelligence generated content
Our websites, applications, APIs, browser extensions, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) may contain content created or assisted by AI or other automated technologies. We may use AI to help produce card and rewards information, travel suggestions, articles, product descriptions, recommendations, summaries, and marketing or customer communications.
AI-generated content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. It should not be relied upon for a specific purpose without independently verifying its accuracy, completeness, and applicability to your circumstances.
Accuracy and limitations

Exercise appropriate caution, confirm information with the applicable card issuer, loyalty program, merchant, or travel provider, and consult a qualified expert before making decisions based on automated information.
Changes and questions
We may modify or remove AI-generated content at any time without notice. Questions or concerns about its accuracy may be sent to legal@maxpoints.com.
